
Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancelation charges, equal to 100% of the service fee, clients must call OR text us at 970-925-2224 to cancel or reschedule their appointment before 3:00 p.m. on the day before the appointment. If your appointment is on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, the cut-off time is 3:00 p.m. on Friday. A 100% cancellation fee will also be charged if you do not show up for your appointment. This is done in fairness to both the client who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the service technician, who is not paid if they do not perform the service. As a courtesy to everyone, we thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session. If you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot take your appointment and you will be charged the full service amount. Late arrivals (arriving 15 minutes or more past the appointment start time) are subject to cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment and will incur a rebooking fee of 50% of the service cost. Your practitioner reserves the right to amend/modify your appointment if you are late by any amount of time. Service times are not extended, refunds are not issued, and charges will not be reduced for late arrivals. This policy is enforced regardless of the circumstances. All appointments require a credit card to reserve your requested appointment time.
